Fertilizer Bulk Storage Facility

Project Overview

This ag storage facility is 100' x 160' with a 60' x 40' loading dock area. The building is designed to receive product via the rail spur near it and loading it into the facility by a series of conveyors. The overall capacity of the building was designed to house 10,000 tons of product. The steel reinforced concrete walls are 14' high and 12" thick with a slab on grade of 12" thick as well for longevity and load engineering. The roofing members are all galvanized construction for durability and have a center height of 41' to the catwalk.
