School Re-Roofing
Project Overview
Complete tear off and installation of 80 mil TPO roof with double layered insulation board. Project consisted of 9 separate heights/locations working with the school administration to minimize disturbances during school programs and events. Project also included new ladders/rails, tie off points for maintenance workers, walkway pads, and complete parapet wraps. We were able to save the school over 10% of the original project due to on site value engineering with the architect.
